Open Settings in the app, tap Manage subscription, and choose to restore. The purchase screen itself also carries a Restore button. The membership belongs to the Apple ID that bought it, so restoring on a new phone works as long as you are signed in to that same Apple ID. A restore that finds nothing means the purchase was made on a different account.

If the restore finds the purchase and the app still stops you, close it fully and open it again. If that fails, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will look it up.

In the app, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. On the phone itself: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the membership running until the period you already paid for ends. The full detail is in the subscription terms.

Apple takes the payment, so Apple gives the refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your card and have no way to charge or refund it.

Every device gets 3 cards for the life of the device, shared across thoughts, translations and portraits. They do not refill — not daily, not monthly, not ever. Pet Sounds stays free and never touches the pool.

Try once more: a failed generation does not spend a card. If it keeps failing, check the connection, then close and reopen the app. Photos taken in near darkness are the usual cause — the model has to see the animal to write about it.

Delete the app. The pet, the cards and the device id live on the phone, and they go with it — there is no account to close, because we never made one. What stays on our side is keyed to that device id and nothing else, so once it is gone there is nothing left pointing at you. Write to us if you want that confirmed in writing. What we hold and for how long is in the privacy policy.
