Subscription terms

Every device gets 3 cards. Not 3 a day and not 3 a month — 3 for the life of the device, shared across thoughts, translations and portraits. Nothing refills. When they are spent, the app still opens and everything you have already made stays where it is.

Premium removes the cap and the watermark, unlocks every voice and every studio style, and exports at full resolution. It is sold as an auto-renewing subscription in three lengths:

• Weekly — $3.99 per week
• Monthly — $9.99 per month
• Annual — $79.99 per year

Those are the United States prices. Elsewhere the App Store converts them into local pricing, so the amount you actually pay is the one shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. That screen is always right; this page is a description of it.

The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, and your Apple ID is charged for the next one. It keeps doing that until you cancel. Apple takes payment at confirmation of purchase and at every renewal after it.

Cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends stops the next charge. Cancelling later than that means the period already renewed, and the cancellation applies to the one after it.

In the app, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. You can also do it from the phone itself: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future charges and leaves the membership running until the period you have already paid for runs out. We cannot cancel it for you, because we never hold the subscription — Apple does.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com, or from the Customer Center inside the app, which opens the same request. We have no way to charge your card and no way to refund it.

A membership to an entertainment app. WhiskerMind writes a joke in your pet's voice from a photograph; it does not read your pet's mind, it is not a translator, and nobody — including us — can tell you what an animal is actually thinking. Paying does not make the guesses any truer. It makes them unlimited.

The seller is BLANK HEXADECIMAL, S.L., CIF B27601798, registered office at Calle Illescas 46, piso 11, puerta 1, 28024 Madrid, Spain. The transaction itself is Apple's: they take the payment, hold the subscription and issue the receipt.

A change to prices or to what the membership includes will move the date at the top of this page, and an existing subscription keeps its agreed price until it is renewed at the new one, which Apple tells you about in advance. The previous version of this page stays available on request.
